INFORMATION GATHERING and USAGE
When you register for RoomSays we ask for information such as your username, password hash and email address. We use collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. We do not share this information with anyone else.
DATA STORAGE
All rooms at RoomSays are public. We own the data storage, databases, chat transcripts and all rights to the RoomSays application. We will never sell or rent any confidential data with any third-parties. We will also not utilize your data in our databases to compete with you or contact your users for any other means of profit. We respect the privacy of our subscribers, and the privacy of their users.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
